A no-show stops being free
Every booking takes a deposit. You set it — a percentage or a flat amount, per service or across the board. It defaults to 10%, never under ₦1,500, and is capped at the price.

Every chair on one calendar
Per-practitioner hours, blockouts and availability — including the complimentary extras that still take up time in the chair.

Questions studios ask first
My prices are not one flat number.
Good — neither are anyone else’s. Services can be priced per unit, quoted as a range, or attached as add-ons that only appear under the right category. Complimentary items cost nothing and still hold the chair.
Does the deposit money come to me?
All of it, less the card or transfer fee. Your customer pays the deposit into a welns account when they book; welns takes no commission while it is free. The balance of the job is paid to you at the chair as usual.
What happens to a customer who does not turn up?
The booking can be marked as a no-show and the deposit is already taken. If it was a mistake, you can bring the booking back — the calendar re-checks the slot first.
Can I move my existing customers over?
Talk to us. Bringing a customer list across is something we do by hand at this stage rather than pretending a button exists.
